Superior quality. I have been using Hope's 100% Tung Oil for years for all of my wood handles.
We oiled our 100+ year old Barn inside this year with this oil. It worked great and looks amazing. We diluted it 1:1 with paint thinner/mineral spirits and used a sprayer. The Barn looks amazing.
Excellent wood finish product. Pure filtered Tung Oil, without anything added. Wait 24-48 hours between coats, and this is the absolute best finish you can get from a natural product. Dilute with Orange Oil or Mineral Spirits to make the oil thinner, penetrate deeper, and dry faster. Add some varnish or urethane to the solution for an even more durable finish.
I mixed it 50/50 with mineral spirts and rolled it on a redwood fence. Worked well and looks good, hope it lasts.
Loving the look on my hickory floor! Very forgiving and easy to apply with a roller. I thined it to about 40% to get it to soak in better. 2 gal tung oil, 2 gal mineral spirits and, 1/2 gal os citrus solvent for a nice smell. That 4.5 gal easily covered 600 sqft 4 times and saturated the wood quite nice, probably have 1.5 gal left for refresher coats as needed. If only sanding the old urethane coating was this easy.
